PracticeOS is provided by Tastro ZW Pty Ltd T/A Vanhu. Contact support@vanhu.net for subscription and account enquiries.

Monthly subscription

The subscription price is US$69 per month. Payments are arranged manually with Vanhu. Account creation does not collect a payment or set up an automatic card charge. Confirm your billing start date, payment instructions and any applicable tax treatment with Vanhu before activation.

Cancellation

Give one month’s cancellation notice by emailing support@vanhu.net from the practice owner’s email. Include the practice name and requested end date. Ask Vanhu to confirm receipt, the service end date, final billing and arrangements for exporting your records. Sending an email does not automatically delete records or change access.

Practice responsibilities

The practice owner manages authorised staff, checks their roles and removes access when it is no longer needed. Each person should use their own account. The practice remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of records and for clinical decisions.

Setup and live use

Use fictional records during setup. Complete the launch-readiness checks and agree data-handling, retention and recovery arrangements with Vanhu before using real patient information. PracticeOS is an operations tool and is not an emergency service.
